Beirut Digital District (BDD) is an urbanized hub for the creative companies and talents. In line with its developers’ vision at BDD, Tiqany strives to deliver facility management services that surpass its clients’ expectations by maintaining secure, comfortable and pleasant working spaces, through the efforts of its skilled and vibrant team. Some of the daily activities currently operated and managed by Tiqany at BDD include Building Reception Services, Cleaning, Recycling Management, Maintenance and Daily Operation Services and Parking.

Berytech Digital Park / Berytech

Berytech Digital Park is the third Business Development Centre set up by Berytech in line with its vision to grow and support a higher number of startups and SMEs. Berytech Digital Park gathers a growing community of entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs that are able to benefit from a shared infrastructure, high-tech environment, customized services, common spaces, in addition to business support programs tailored to their needs and access to funding and expertise. Some of the daily activities currently operated and managed by Tiqany at Berytech include Building Reception Services, Cleaning and Recycling Management.

Bay La Sun Marina / National Port Services

The Bay La Sun Marina is located in King Abdullah’s Economic City, a new world city being developed by Emaar to benefit business, citizens, and the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tiqany provided the operator of the Bay La Sun Marina with advisory services with regards to feasibility, maintenance activities, team structuring and operations budgeting.

Rawabi City / Bayti

Rawabi is the first Palestinian planned city that offers a new population center for Palestine. The new city integrates international best practices for urban master planning, sustainable environmental policy, regionally-suited architecture and state of-the-art infrastructure for residents, enterprises and visitors. Rawabi's municipal boundaries encompass 6,300,000 square meters of land, which will ultimately serve a city with a population of more than 40,000. Rawabi's more than 5,000 housing units with multiple floor plans spread across 23 neighbourhoods. The City Center offers a retail business district with hotels, cinemas and a convention center, all supported by the latest smart technologies and a high-speed fiber-optic network. Rawabi also features education and medical facilities, houses of worship, public green spaces and recreation facilities – creating a new Palestinian economic and cultural destination.

At the beginning of 2014, Bayti recruited Tiqany as advisors on all matters relating to operations and maintenance. Tiqany has since been working closely with Rawabi’s engineers and maintenance team on the development of the facility management procedures, control rooms, teams’ structuring, operation budgets, key performance indicators and measurement methodologies.

S&K Project / CCC

The S&K is a mixed-use project with a built up area of over 12,000sqm developed by CCC in the heart of Beirut City. Tiqany was brought in by the developer after the completion of the project for full condition surveys, accompanied with complete systems testing. The work included guidance in the development of the control room, maintenance team development and operations budgeting.

LIV Lofts & Apartments

In 2018 Tiqany started handling the maintenace and the facility managment of the property. 

After the Beirut Port explosion on August 4th, Tiqany was assigned as the Owner representative for the reconstruction works.

Al Yasra Food


AlYasra Food Company is located in Subhan, Kuwait and is one of the largest supplier to the HORECA/Food Service and Retail sector.Al Yasra Foods is a regional GCC leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products to hotels, restaurants, caterers and retail.Tiqany was selected by the owner after the refurbishment of the facility to develop Comprehensive Facility Management Program.

Worked on a recommended organizational structure and facility management staffing

Facility management scope of work and tagging procedures

Developed Operation and maintenance manual for all systems
